Lymph Drainage - Boosts circulation, reduces swelling and supports detoxification

Oxygen Facial

Deep cleanse, exfoliation, Oxygen therapy (naturally antibacterial, promotes cell renewal & collagen production), face, neck & shoulder massage (including Gua Sha), Mask, Serum & Moisturise, all using bespoke pure, organic botanical products.
30 minute facial is an express facial with less time spent on massage and mask is on during shoulder massage. 60 min facial includes hand & arm massage whilst mask is on and more facial massage to eliminate toxins and improve circulation to bring in nutrients.
Sound Therapy
45 min - £45
A personalised healing session using the soothing vibrations and resonant sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and Koshi chimes. Promotes deep relaxation, clears energetic blockages and restores balance to the body, mind and spirit, can be blended with Energy Healing.
Energy Healing

The use of subtle energy fields to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Many people report positive effects, such as, reduced stress, pain relief and improved emotional clarity.
